In the grand finale of MGM COTAI’s Maritime Silk Road Culinary Art Feast, three celebrated chefs, Dong Zhenxiang, Homan Tsui and Yang Dengquan, united in a six-hand dinner collaboration. Together, they showcased the refined traditions of Beijing, Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines, accompanied by fine wines and tea. The time-limited eight-course dinner was available only on August 29 and 30, exclusively in Macau.
