Chef Li Qiang, a contemporary Chaozhou cuisine master and protégé of legendary master of modern Chaozhou cuisine Lin Ziran, is honored as the “Forbes China Top 30 Chefs” and “Global Ambassador of Chaozhou Cuisine” and is renowned for his refined craftsmanship and mastery of seafood and nourishing delicacies. Chef Ivan Li, a master of Chinese imperial cuisine, preserves the time-honored craft inherited from the Qing Dynasty’s royal kitchen. Family Li Cuisine has been graced with three consecutive years of Michelin two stars, and Li received the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Lifetime Achievement Award.
