Bringing culinary worlds together through fire, “Grill 58” joins hands with MICHELIN-Starred live-fire restaurant “Angler” for a limited-time culinary showcase, celebrating the season’s finest treasures from land and sea through the artistry of wood-fire cooking, smoking, and dry-aging.

Hailing from the scenic waterfront of San Francisco, California, USA, “Angler” is renowned for fresh Pacific seafood and precision open-fire cooking that delights every sense. The restaurant has been awarded a MICHELIN Star for seven consecutive years.

Making its Macau debut, the “Angler” team will present multiple signature dishes and handpicking the freshest ingredients from local fish markets to create an exclusive surprise dish. Together with “Grill 58” Chef de Cuisine Basil Yu, the teams will present exclusive creations for the feast.
