As a Michelin one‑star and Black Pearl one‑diamond restaurant, Five Foot Road reinterprets the classic Chengdu dish known as “Liu Ying.” Fresh mullet fillets are thinly sliced, marinated, air‑dried, and flash‑fried until crisp and translucent. The result is a delicate, aromatic bite that feels remarkably light. Served with a blend of vinegar, sugar, and Sichuan red oil, the dish achieves a balanced profile of sweetness, acidity, and gentle heat, showcasing the finesse and creativity of refined Sichuan cuisine.

The green‑themed Grand Imperial Court blends traditional Chinese grandeur with refined contemporary design. Deep emerald and peacock‑blue tones anchor the room, complemented by a golden dome light feature, hand‑painted floral wall panels, and a shimmering chandelier that adds dimensional elegance. The round table layout and luxurious furnishings create an intimate, palace‑inspired atmosphere ideal for prestigious banquets, celebratory gatherings, and elevated Chinese dining experiences.
Grand Imperial Court
At Grill58, the seasonal oysters are presented through an engaging tableside approach. Two freshly shucked oysters are perched on a stemmed glass over a light dressing, enhanced by a subtle smoke effect that adds depth to the aroma. Behind them, a cast‑iron pot filled with steaming shells highlights the freshness and quality of the seafood. This presentation reflects the restaurant’s modern steakhouse sensibility and offers a refined, flavour‑forward start to the meal.
